Jim and Reagan Explorer Day - 240/365

Today, I was just gonna get some stuff done around the house.
Jim and Reagan decided they were going to go explore some stuff in Mill Creek Park.
They went down to the Lily Pond and found the "secret path." Then went over to Fellows to walk around. At one point Reagan just laid down in the grass and said "I'm tired." They sat and chatted awhile, then went over to the Children's garden where they made friends with a little cat. Reagan and Jim are both what I call Cat Whisperers. They can make friends with any cat in the world. It's amazing.
They had a fun afternoon!

Playing, Farming and Concert - 239/365

Today was another busy day!
Traci and Rachel were coming over for a play date. The kids had such a blast. We just had some snacks and chatted. It was great! We had a really nice day.
This evening, Jim, Reagan and Brinkley went on a little adventure to the experimental farm. Reagan loves checking out all the animals. Brinkley makes a bunch of friends, too. They had fun.
Nana and I were off to see Rascal Flatts for the umpteenth time. No, it never gets old. Love those guys! Great show as always!

School Meet & Greet - 238/365

Today was teacher meet and greet at school!
Reagan was a little bummed to not be in Mrs. Sebastiani's class again, but she was excited to meet her new teacher.
Her new classroom is about the same. This year they each have their own little mailbox and have to put their folder in themselves in the morning. They are also going to have a library, where they pick a book each week and then return it to get another the following week. She's excited about that since she loves books.
She had a great day!

Hair Cut Day - 237/365

It was haircut day for all!
I went in to Jeannie for a hair cut and color before our trip. Reagan was WAY overdue, so she was able to take her, too! Her hair looked SO CUTE when she was all done. It was really ratty looking. She looks like a little super model now. Adorable.
After her hair cut, she went over to Nana's to play while I got mine done. They had a blast playing toys and exploring outside.
This evening, her and Nana had a date with Papa for dinner at Tippy!

Crazy Hair and Gardening - 236/365

Today, I was hitting up spin class again after Reagan went to Grandma's and Jim headed off to work.
I'm just loving the spinning. It's so fun!
Reagan had a fun day over at Grandma and Papa Greg's. She was helping him in the garden. She loves looking for plants to harvest. While she was out there, she was just wearing her leotard, so they gave her one of Jim's old jackets to wear. It was doubly cute!
This evening, while she and Jim were reading books, she insisted on wearing her rainbow hair extension. It was so darling!

Second New Door - 235/365

Today they were installing yet another new door. The first one was a mess and wasn't right.
They were working on it when I heard the guy say it was all rotten underneath. He didn't say anything to me, except that "he'll have the new door in soon." I asked about the rotten stuff, and he just said they were going to figure it out. After a bunch of back and forth, they finally fixed the wood and all seems to be well. Let's hope. Donchess will need to come back and paint now.
We had to have the cats in the basement the whole time, so Reagan kept wanting to go visit. It was cute. She even captured Brandy for a few hugs. She was thrilled.
Finally, this evening, a whole crew of us went to Country Spin. It was a blast!

Golfing, Swimming and Singing - 234/365

Today was a busy day.
Jim started his day on the golf course with the boys. They played over at Avalon and had a great time!
This evening, Jim and Reagan went over to his parents for a little cookout and swimming. Reagan just loves swimming in Sean and Barb's pool. They had a nice time.
Nana and I were off to see Darius tonight at Blossom. We were so excited! We hadn't been to Blossom very much this year. It was nice to be back in our wrist band area and have good parking! LOL!
It was a fun day for all!
