Crawford Halloween - 303/365

Today we were actually delivering the turkey boxes. Everyone was so excited to see them and the kids were amazed. I think they will really help the kids get involved with the food drive. They will want to feed those turkeys. They are even going to try to keep them for next year! YAY!
This evening, we were all heading over to the "Jessies" for a Halloween get together. The kids were going to wear there costumes and we were just going to hand out and talk.
They ordered pizza and had lots of yummy snacks. They sure know how to throw a party.
She even had a few games for them. Jessica got toilet paper rolls and wanted them to make mummies on each other, but they enjoyed doing it to the parents more. LOL!
It was a fun night!

Halloween Party & Lebron Back - 302/365

Today was Reagan's Halloween party at school! She was so excited!
Before the party started, they were having a costume parade in the atrium. She was excited because Daddy, Nana & Grandma were going to come and see her. She couldn't wait to get all dressed up in her Queen of Hearts costume! The parade was adorable and the kids just loved showing off their costumes. Us adults enjoyed seeing them, too!
The party itself went well. They played lots of games and got too much candy! That's what it's all about though! LOL!
This evening, Jim and I were heading up to Cleveland for LeBron's first game back! We were so excited to see how the city erupted with activity!
We have never seen that many people in a city! It was CRAZY! ESPN had a stage set up on 4th street. The whole street was filled with people. You couldn't even MOVE! We had to go around an ally to get to the bowling ally. We figured that would be the one place that wasn't crowded. And we were right. There were people there, but nothing like all the other places.
In our regular lot where we park, they had a HUGE stage set up with main stream acts playing. When we got there Imagination Dragons were playing. It was awesome.
When we got closer to the Q, here come a bunch of security guards and Charles Barkley walked right past us. So cool!
The game itself was awesome. It was so loud and everyone was pumped. They gave everyone light up wands, so it looked awesome during introductions.
The CAVS ended up losing the game which was a bummer, but the pressure with all that going on in the city had to be something else.
We know they will be okay though.

Turkey Boxes & Pumkin Paint - 301/365

Today, Nana, Reagan and I spent the day assembling the Turkey Boxes for the food drive at Reagan's preschool. I offered to help with the Thanksgiving food drive and they wanted the boxes decorated.
I decided to make them into Turkeys! We cute out about a million feathers and glued them on. I had painted the boxes awhile back, so they were ready for the rest of the assembly. It took a long time, but was A LOT of fun! We laughed all day working on these turkeys. We ended up making eight. One for each class and one for the staff.
Everyone absolutely loved them! They are already saying that they hope to keep them for next year! YAY!
This evening, Nana, Jennifer, Rachel and I were going up to Wonderstruck to do a pumpkin paint. The picture was perfect for the fall season. We couldn't wait to go. We had seats right up front by the teacher, who happened to be Wanetta's daughter! Small world! It was a great night!
Reagan and Jim hung around the house playing games and dress up. That had fun, too!

Orange Day & Windy Trampoline - 300/365

Today was orange day at school! Reagan gets so excited about the color days. I don't know how she'll handle it when they are over.
This afternoon, we had a huge storm roll through the neighborhood. In one part of Canfield, they are suspecting a very small tornado touched down. It was crazy. I was watching out the back patio door and all of a sudden Reagan's trampoline lifted up in the air and flew backwards toward the field, next to the old house. It was crazy! I was hoping it would stop and get stuck until the storm quieted down and Jim could get home.
Jim and I were able to go back and get it and reset it. Reagan tested it out and everything seemed fine. We'll just have to watch it in future storms. Our neighbor's house got struck by lightening. They had the fire department come and everything. They lost some appliances, but mostly made out OK. I love storms, but not like the one that rolled through today. Yikes!

Family Fun Lunch & Cruise Club - 299/365

Today we were going to have family fun lunch with Ed and Pam before they headed back to Piqua. We had so much fun having them at the game yesterday. We decided to take them over to LaRoccas (AKA Marianne's Restaurant) for some pasta. They don't have any good Italian places down by them, so they always want some yummy stuff here.
Reagan insisted on wearing her Janie & Jack headband. It was so cute. She even made Uncle Ed get in on the action!
This evening was our Cruise Club dinner! We love getting our cruise group together for dinners to talk about our cruise and just visit. They are always fun. The kids were a little wound up this time. They were talking loud and wanting to run around. It's always an adventure! LOL!
We had a great day!

Browns vs Raiders & Sprained Ankle - 298/365

We were heading up to a Browns game today!
They were playing Oakland for a 4:00 game. We had invited Jesse and Jessica to come with us. We were just going to meet them up there, with all the child care delivery's that needed done. We ended up parking in the same lot and right behind them. We all got out of the cars and were chatting in the parking lot. I started to back up while talking, so I could open the back door of the car to grab my coat. I ended up rolling my ankle pretty bad in a pot hole. I was mortified! LOL!
Jim ended up driving me and Jessica down to the stadium, so I didn't have to walk that far. It immediately swelled up. The bartender was nice enough to give me some ice in a bag, so that helped quite a bit.
Nana, Papa, Ed and Pam were meeting us as well. We all had fun at the indoor tailgate, but Pammy ended up throwing her Simon Burger across the table. It landed over my me at the complete opposite end! LOL!
The game was great and they actually WON for a change! We were all so happy! YAY!
Go BROWNS!

We win!!

Boo at the Zoo and Casino - 297/365

Busy day today!
We were going to be heading up to Akron Zoo for Boo at the Zoo. While Jim and I were getting ready to go, Reagan fell asleep watching TV on our bed. She never does that, so it was quite cute.
Boo at the Zoo was a great time. We were a little disappointed this year, since it was only during the day. We really like it in the evening, when it's all lit up with spooky lights. You can't see as many animals, but that never bothered us.
We were meeting Ron, Rachel, Adrienne, Jake and all the kids. It was so cute to see all the kids in their costumes. We spent a good chunk of the day out there. It was a gorgeous day. It actually got kind of hot. We were all stripping off our coats!
The kids got lots of yummy treats!
When we left there, we dropped Reagan off at Nana and Papa's, so that we could meet Amy and Mike for an adult night out. We were going to have dinner with them at the Phoenix, then check out the new casino. It was a fun night catching up with them. The casino is a lot smaller than we thought it would be. But it's still nice to have in the area. It will be neat to check out the horses when they start.

New Bike & Haunted Wagon Rides - 296/365

Today, Reagan got to take a real spin on her new Tinkerbell bike! She is SO excited to have a big girl bike. All she wants to do is go cruising on her bike.
She does really good! Although, she gets a little spooked if she starts going a little too fast. Instead of coasting, she will just come to a complete stop and then start up again. It's too cute! She looks darling in her little helmet, too! We can't believe she's big enough to be riding a bike! Where did the time go!?
This evening, we took our annual trip to Boardman Park for the Haunted Wagon Rides. They are family friendly, so perfect for the little ones. Reagan enjoyed herself, but did say she was a little scared.
After the wagon rides, we went over to the bonfire area and spent some time making a few S'mores. We love S'mores. Reagan is funny though. She eats hers in pieces and doesn't roast her marshmallows. LOL!
After that, we decided to head over to Rise Pies and check it out. We got to know Eddie, through some mutual friends and have been wanting to check it out. Well, we absolutely loved it! Terrific and FAST pizza. Can't beat it! We will for sure be back!
We wish him all the best with his new business.

Night at the Zoo - 295/365

Today was a busy day!
Reagan went off to school and had a great day! I got to surprise her in the play center while I was at my craft show meeting. She was so excited!
Jim had a busy day at work. He had to go to PDMI to give some presentations on new 401K plans to around 100 employees. All while fighting off a minor cold. He did great though!
This afternoon, Nana and I stopped in Toys R Us to pick up Reagan a couple new bath toys. Hers were getting pretty gross. While in there, we discovered that Reagan can TAKE OFF on a training wheel bike! She LOVED it! It was Hilarious!
We ended up going back and using some Toys R Us gift cards she was storing up! She is SO excited and can't wait to go for a spin tomorrow!
This evening, Jim, Reagan and I went over to Living Treasures for their Night at the Zoo. They have it decorated for Halloween and you get to walk around at night feeding the animals. It's fun because you have to have a flash light to see them. It adds quite a spooky element.
The Lions and Tigers were Roaring up a storm! It is amazingly loud and definitely spooky at night! LOL!
Reagan had a blast and just hopped around saying hi and petting all the animals! She loves when they would just lick her hands! GROSS, but she loved it!
We had the best time feeding the giraffes. She would reach her little hand up and they would reach their neck way down! It was the cutest thing!
We had a great time!

Jim made a ton of friends!
