Beckley - 119/365

It was going to be a busy day!
Jim had to go to work for a 1/2 day and dropped Reagan off at school. We were going to leave her in aftercare for a little bit and he was going to pick her up on his way home, so I could get the last of the packing done.
We were leaving a little later for Beckley this year, since Reagan had ballet and she couldn't miss two classes right before her recital. Jim was excited because he could actually come to ballet and it happened to be "watch week" before we shoved off to Beckley. He loved seeing her in action.
We got on the road and were off. It was a yucky drive this year, because it rained almost the whole 5 hours to Beckley. Yuck. Jim did some great driving though and Reagan was great in the car. She just colored and watched a movie. We didn't hear a peep out of her.
We got to Beckley about 9:30. I got Reagan a bath and in her PJs, while Jim ran out and got us some dinner from Wendy's. Reagan actually ate her nuggets and fries in bed under the covers. It was so cute!
All packed up!

Stories & T-Ball Practice - 118/365

Today it was packing day!
Reagan and I were just going to be around the house. She was doing a pretty good job playing by herself, while I was running around like crazy. She eventually asked if she could take Brinkley in her room and read to him. She pulled out all her books and told him stories for about 45 minutes. It was so sweet! She loves her little buddy!
This evening, she had her first T-Ball practice. We were hoping she would like it. She did REALLY well and had a great time. She's got a good swing on her! Hopefully it will be a fun season for her!
 Practice!
She got a hit!
There was also a little playing in the dirt!

Mani/Pedi & Boom Boom - 117/365

Today, Reagan went off to school and came home with a little project, she was so proud of. They made a little rainbow caterpillar. They used a cap as a stamper to make circles on the paper. Then colored in everything else. She is doing so well with crafts and coloring. She has come such a long way since school started. We're so proud of her!
This afternoon, Reagan and I were going to go for some mani/Pedi's to get ready for the beach. We went up to the Raphael School of Beauty. They did a great job! Reagan's technician for her hands was super with her! They bonded immediately and just laughed and talked the whole time! She even stayed and talked with her when her toe technician took over. They had a blast!
Today was a big day at Boardman Rotary for Jim. Boom Boom Mancini was the guest speaker! Everyone was really excited! He was a great speaker and super nice to everyone. They were honored to have him there.

Brinkley Nap, Posing and a Flower Box - 116/365

Today I was just going to get some stuff done for the trip!
While I was doing chores, Reagan was just playing and then talking with Brinkley. I went through the kitchen and saw she had covered him up and gave him her most precious friends to nap with. It was the cutest thing.
Once I finished up the chores, Reagan and I went up to Penny's and Khol's to get a few tops for the trip. Reagan just loves seeing the mannequins. She loves to stand by them and pose. At Penny's she's in heaven because there is usually a couple together to pose with. It was a hoot.
This evening, Jimmy and Reagan played while I made a flower box for Ursuline's Teacher Appreciation week. They wanted 5 flowers each with a nice quote about teaching. The theme of the week was rainbows and "color me happy." I think it came out great!

Laura Shower & a Dinner - 115/365

It was going to be a busy day today.
I was starting at Laura's bridal shower. The wedding is creeping up and everyone is getting so excited!
They held it out at Drake's Landing and it was just beautiful. Sharon made all the centerpieces herself. They were adorable. Nana couldn't go since she was already in Myrtle but, I had a great table anyway. I got to sit with Cindy, Sarah, Karen and a couple other great ladies. We had a really nice time and Laura got a ton of wonderful gifts!
Reagan and Jim just rode bikes and played while I was there.
This evening, we were having dinner with Greg, Nikki and Jim's Aunt Virginia. Nikki and Virginia are heading to Disney tomorrow morning, so we wanted to see everyone before she left. We went to Ruby Tuesday in Austintown and had a great meal. It was nice to visit with everyone. Reagan enjoyed giving everyone her world famous tattoos, too!
Beautiful tables at the shower
Cool sign they made for when you came in.

Beauty and the Beast - 114/365

Today we were heading up to Cleveland to see Beauty and the Beast! It was only in Cleveland for the weekend, so we were happy to go!
Reagan was pretty excited and wanted her "Belle Hair" again! It was so cute! She got all decked out in her dress and was ready to go.
Once the show started she sat perfectly still and was just mesmerized by the whole thing.
They did a fantastic job with the show and all the actors were great. Our two favorites were Lumiere and Gaston. They were amazing!
At intermission we peeked over the edge so Reagan could see the orchestra. She was fascinated and we had to stop again at the end to check them out!
It was a great day!
Our little Belle
Mr. Fuzzy even had to come!

Mowing & Rotary - 113/365

Today was mowing day.
Our riding mower has been giving us a bit of trouble lately. The grass grows so fast in the spring, that it just clumps a lot. I cut the back with the rider, but decided to just push the front yard. The small mower does a great job and it's faster than cutting it three times with the rider, just to grind up the clumps. Mowing problems.
Reagan spent the day with grandma. They played at her house and had some lunch at the McDonalds in Austintown with the Play Place. She loved it!
Jim had to go down to Wooster tonight for the Rotary District Conference. He said it was fine and it went well. The dinner was good, too! He was glad he went.

Spirit and Leader Day - 112/365

It was a big day at school for Reagan today! It was spirit day and it was her leader day. She was so excited! She got all decked out in her spirit wear. She looked so precious! She loved her bright colored UPSK shirt!
For "show and tell" she brought two Palace Pets in her little Frozen purse. She has been so into Palace Pets lately and couldn't wait to show off the new ones the Easter Bunny brought her.
Mrs. Scanlon is always so nice and is willing to take pictures for me.
This afternoon, Reagan had ballet and I was still trying to win my step challenge, so I walked the pot hole infested parking lot for the 35 minutes she had class. It was interesting.

Future Architect - 111/365

Today we had a morning just around the house. I was doing some chores in the kitchen and Reagan was watching a show in the living room. She wanted to be closer to Brinkley and I. And also, wanted a comfy place to sit, so she built a perch! It was very inventive! She that there for a good hour, while I did all kinds of chores. She loved it! LOL!

Windy day & Baseball Pictures - 110/365

Reagan was off to school this morning. She was excited because Nana was going to be picking her up. Nana wanted to take a picture of her next to the sign. It was so windy that her little dress kept blowing up. It was a hoot.
This afternoon, we took her little Cadillac for a ride up and down the street. It was still crazy windy, but at least sunny. He little car is growing on her. It's nice to see her having fun with it.
This evening was her T-ball pictures. It was super windy, and unfortunately the sun went into hiding so the temp dropped significantly. They were all frozen, but did really well. There were only a few grumbles.
Coach Ron is so proud of his little team and we are looking forward to a fun season!

Chalk Drawings & Rain Dance - 109/365

Nana was doing her final preparations for Myrtle and Jimmy was at work, so Reagan and I spent the day around the house.
It was kind of a weird day. It would barely rain for a few minutes, stop, dry up, then rain again! It was weird.
Reagan and I decided we would try to cover the whole driveway with chalk drawings before Jim got home. We were doing really well! And thankfully it never rained hard enough to wash anything away between rain clouds.
We decided that we would try to draw all the Disney Fairies. Reagan is all about the fairies these days, so she was totally down with it! We actually did really good! She loved them all! She was a little mad that we never got to do Periwinkle or Fawn though.
This evening, Jim, Reagan and I took Brinkley for a walk before it started to rain, yet again!
When we got home from our walk, Reagan and I decided to have a rain party in the driveway with umbrellas. She just thought it was the best thing ever. We had a blast!
Fairies!

Farm Visit, Bike Fall - 108/365

Today, Nana and Papa wanted to take Reagan down to the farm for a little visit before they head off to Myrtle. Reagan enjoys going down and showing off her toys and visiting with Zeke.
Before heading to the farm, they made a pit stop at Bob Evan's for Reagan's Piggy Pancake. She loves those pancakes! It's so funny!
They had a good visit with great grandma and granddad.
Jim and I just did some stuff around the house and enjoyed some lazy time. It was nice.
This evening, we took Reagan out to ride her bike. She took a turn too fast and toppled over. She was ok, except for a little skinned knee. She cried and cried. This was the first time she fell off. We made her get back on it and ride it home. She did it, but she cried the whole way home. You didn't know weather to laugh (since you knew she was ok) or feel really bad.
After that, she decided she wanted to just play chalk.
It was a nice evening despite the spill.
