New Year, New You - 1/365

Well, it's January first and all across America, at least 75% of people are saying they want to try to be more healthy and maybe even shed a few pounds. Here at the Cvetkovic house, we're no different. Today, Jim and I made a pact to be more healthy and to kick start our healthy habits we decided to try the "3 day Military Diet". It's basically preplanned meals that you follow for three days to help boost your metabolism and boost your weight loss. 
So, the picture today is of our first HEALTHY breakfast of the new year. We dined on a half of a grapefruit and toast with peanut butter, washed down with some tea. I have to say, it was really good and we really were satisfied!
