Ballet Recital - 150/365

It was a busy day today!
We started at lunch with Nana, Papa, Ed, Pam, Zach and Gina. They were all in town for a baptism, but still wanted to grab lunch while they were here. We ended up going to Chad Anthony's. We haven't gone there much, but it was really good. It was so nice to see the Britts and hear all about the wedding plans.
This evening was a big night for Reagan. It was her ballet recital. She was SO excited and we were so nervous for her. We knew she would do great, but to think of our tiny baby on that big stage in front of all the people.
Nana, Papa, Grandma, Papa Greg, Adrienne, Evan and Jillian were all coming.
Unfortunately it was raining like crazy when we got there. Thankfully Papa saw us waiting by the door, so he ran out with his umbrella. His poor pant leg was soaked, but we got Reagan inside with minimal rain drops. Everyone gave her flowers before hand, so she was SO EXCITED!
We got all settled in to watch her. She did absolutely fantastic. She waved a couple times which was totally cute. We were just so proud of her!
After her dance, we all went out to Tippy for dinner. It was nice to spend time with everyone after the recital.

Porch Party - 149/365

We had a really exciting morning. We spent it cleaning out the garage. Woohoo! Nothing better than "shopvaccing" up dead bugs. It just looks so much better when it's done though. Now we can reach all her stuff. It's great!
This evening we had a modified porch party! We didn't cook or anything, just had some popcorn, snacks and beverages. It was fun to watch the kids run around. They have so much fun on the playset. And us adults have fun chitchatting!

Rainbow House - 146/365

Mark was here to paint today. He was power washing the sidewalk and porch. Painting the front door and sprucing up the stucco on the house. Everything was coming along and looking great.
We decided to go to a darker color on the stucco instead of the cream it was. We picked a color that we thought complimented the house. I liked the dark, but staring at the house, something just wasn't right. I just couldn't get a grip on the color of the house. I liked it, but yet I didn't. It was weird. Ultimately, we decided that it just wasn't right, so we are changing it again. Mark was fantastic about it, since he wasn't quite sure either. We are going to go more of a gray. Hope that works! LOL!
Meanwhile, Reagan spent the day with Nana. She was in her glory since they went to her favorite place, Menchies.
This evening, they did their Wednesday night at Tippy. It was finally nice enough that they could get out on a cart ride. She loves it.
This evening, we decided to put the old tractor out at the curb since it was garbage night. We new Allison Brothers wouldn't take it. But we have scavengers that drive through our neighborhood and will take just about anything. We put a sign on it that it was free to good home, but the mowing deck was bad. It wasn't a half hour we got a knock on the door. Someone wanted it for their buddy and he came to get it within the hour. It was great! BYE tractor. Hope it does OK for that guy. He didn't seem worried about it.

Cavs are Eastern Conference Champs - 145/365

Today was Reagan's last full day of school. We can't believe how fast the year went. She did so great and loved every minute of it. Her teachers were amazing, too. I don't think it could have gone any better. She's already ready for next year!
Nana picked her up from school and kept her the rest of the day. They ran a couple errands and had dinner with Papa at Stonebridge. They were going to have a PJ party, too, since Jim and I were off to the Cavs game.
We headed up to Cleveland right when Jim got home. We decided to park at the Tower City deck. It worked out great. We had dinner beforehand at the Hard Rock. We hadn't been there in YEARS. It was really good. We had a sundae the size of our heads too.
They were playing what was hopefully the last game to make them the Easter Conference Champions. Well, they did it and it was absolutely AMAZING! They pretty much blew out the Atlanta Hawks. It was so incredibly fun to see a trophy presentation FOR a Cleveland team in a Cleveland venue. SO, so fun!

Happy Birthday, Raymond - 144/365

Today it was Raymond's Birthday!
Jennifer had invited us all over for a little party!
She was going to make some chicken, steak and a bunch of yummy sides.
It was quite the spread. YUM! I was in charge of the dessert, so I got an Oreo cake. It was pretty good.
Jennifer's parents were there, too, so it was nice to visit with them.
Reagan just loved playing with Dexter and I think he really loves her, too! It's so cute to see them together. It was a great little party.
Happy Birthday, Raymond!
Dexter kisses.

Zac Brown Limo - 143/365

This morning Reagan insisted we take Brandy outside for some fun since she didn't get to go out yesterday. She seemed to really like it and hung by Brinkley a lot. It was cute. She did eat a lot of grass in which she threw up later. Thankfully on the tile for once.
This afternoon, we were going on a limo with Ron, Rachel, Chase, Jess and a whole bunch of other people to see Zac Brown Band. We had an absolute blast. The people watching in the parking lot was insane. Drunk teenagers, guys with tank tops and stains, girls with puke. It was a freak show that's for sure. The people watching was almost better than the concert. LOL!
We had lawn seats and thankfully it was dry. We found a good spot near the back. We were sitting on the grass for about five minutes when Ron said "I'll be right back." When he got back, he had six chairs for all of us. It was so nice. He said he couldn't take it another minute on the grass. LOL!
We got home around one. It was a fun day!
While we were there, Reagan spent the evening at Grandma and Papa Greg's. They had fun and Reagan was thrilled to help Papa Greg plant his garden. They planted all kinds of stuff.
They had a really fun time together.
Great day for all.

Tomorrowland & Cat Adventures - 142/365

This afternoon, Jim, Nikki, and I headed off to the movies. We wanted to see the new Tomorrowland movie. Reagan went over to Nana's for a bit, while we checked it out. We all thought it was a great movie. Very well done.
After the movie we all went over to Buffalo Wild Wings to have some lunch. Greg met us, too, so that was fun!
This evening, we just did some chores around the house. Reagan's trampoline lived in the trees all winter, so it was full of leaves and stuff. We decided to get the shop vac out and get it all cleaned up for her. Reagan insisted on doing it herself. It was funny.
We also decided to take Bailey outside on his cat leash. Reagan was loving showing him around the yard. She showed him her fairy garden and even wanted daddy to take him down the slide. I'm sure the cat was thrilled.
It was a nice day for everyone!
Forgot a picture from the movie and lunch. FAIL!

Breakfast for Dinner - 141/365

Today it was time to mower shop! I couldn't take that mower one more minute. We went to Do-Cut and got a new zero turn. It's called the Time cutter, so I hope that's true! It should come in a couple days.
Nana, Reagan and I headed out to do a little shopping. Nana wanted a mister for her hummingbirds and I wanted to pick up a griddle. Reagan is loving pancakes, so I figured a griddle would help make them. I'm awful at a skillet. I can't get the temp right.
As we were driving around I happened to look over and see an old Chevy Blazer with a padlock for a lock. It was hysterical and very inventive.
This evening, we played on the driveway with Reagan's new chalk rake. She loved it. She was just running all around dragging it behind her. Too funny!
Tonight, since I had the new griddle, I decided to make breakfast for dinner. I made Reagan an "R" pancake. She was pretty impressed. We had scrambled eggs and fruit on the side. It was scrumptious. I'm so thrilled with my new griddle.

End of the Year Program & T-Ball - 140/365

Today was Reagan's end of the year program at school. She was so excited to have Mommy, Daddy, Nana, Papa and Grandma at her "show." They were singing all the songs they learned throughout the year for the different holidays. The kids did great and weren't even shy this time. It was so adorable!
We can't believe her first year of preschool is almost over.
This evening, she had another T-ball game. It was a little chilly and rainy, but they were still able to play. Raymond, Jennifer, Grandma, Nana and Papa were all gonna make it to the game tonight. She was so excited to have a gallery there to watch her. They did great and "won" again.
After the game, we all went over to the Phoenix for some dinner. It was nice to warm up and chit chat after the game!
