Columbus Zoo - 166/365

Today we were going to spend the day at the Columbus Zoo. None of us had been there before, so we were excited to check it out. It was only 10 minutes from our hotel, so it was perfect.
Before we went over we stopped over at Bob Evans for a little breakfast! YUM!
When we got to the zoo, we realized it was HUGE! We were excited to explore!
One of our first stops was the little farm where you could pet and brush the goats. Reagan was so excited and made quick friends with a little beige one. They sat together for the longest time. We were even able to get a selfie with him!
Next we went over to a place where you could "pan for gold." It was really gemstones you were looking for, but it was great! Reagan got a lot of wonderful stones. She was excited.
After that we got a few "Polar Beers" and Reagan an Icee. She ate that thing ALL DAY! Once most of it melted, she refused to use a straw to drink the juice. She had to use the spoon. We were proud because she got very little red juice on  her white shirt. Seriously she ate it ALL DAY!
One of the other highlights was a camel ride. Reagan was really nervous about it, but once she got on, she LOVED it! Her and Nana had a blast.
The zoo even had a little boat ride that went past some of the exhibits and was full of pirates. Some of which even spit on you! LOL!
It was a really fun day! We hope to get back there soon!
