Today was Super Bowl Sunday!
Our day consisted of enormous amounts of laundry and grocery shopping. Jim was an awesome husband and went to do the shopping. I felt bad though, he was almost done shopping, when a guy dropped a jar of pasta sauce next to him and it splattered all over everything! He said instead of trying to clean it off or bringing home dirty stuff, he started over. After being gone two weeks, we needed everything, too! Poor guy!
This evening, we were just going to settle in and watch the Super Bowl. Our interest in NFL Football has been waning, since the Browns are always so horrible, but you HAVE to watch the Super Bowl. The Broncos were playing the Seahawks. Turns out the game was a TOTAL flop. The Broncos got killed with a score of 43-8. The Seahawks got the first points on the board, in the first minute, when they got a safety. It was all downhill for the Broncos from there.
Bruno Mars did the halftime show and was really awesome!
Eventually, we ended up turning the game off and watched one of our Biggest Loser episodes from when we were away.
