It was finally garage sale day!
Nana came over at 6:30 to help get the final tables organized outside. We were pretty much ready. The garage was full and the driveway was full, too.
We tried to sort everything in to areas. We had kitchen, vases, crafting, kids, lawn & garden, Browns, lighing, holidays. It worked out great and people seemed to love it.
It was supposed to start at 9, but people acutally started showing up at 7:45. It was crazy.
It really was a steady stream of people all day.
We made about $800 on the first day. We were THRILLED! We couldn't belive it.
This evening, Nana and I were headed down to Pittsburgh to see Shania Twain at the Consol Energy Center. We couldn't wait to see her. It had been nearly 15 years since she has toured. She was always an amazing singer and performer. We were so excited.
Shania did not dissapoint she put on a fabulous show! She did all the classics, too! We loved it!
Jim and Reagan spent their evening at Walmart. Jim wanted to get some new tires on his car, but didn't want to spend a ton, since he only drives it to work and back. They went and they said it would be about an hour for them to put the tires on. After about an hour and fifteen minutes they went to check on the car and they said they were having trouble getting the hubcaps off. They said they could try again, but it would be about another hour. He said forget it and they left. He was not a happy camper.
Reagan was excited though because while they were wandering around the Walmart they ventured into the toy aisle. Jim let her pick out something since she was good on thier shopping trip. She picked out a My Little Pony Equestrian girl doll. She loves that movie, so she was stoked.
When they got home, they took Brinkley and the new doll for a stroll.
