Breakfast for Dinner - 141/365

Today it was time to mower shop! I couldn't take that mower one more minute. We went to Do-Cut and got a new zero turn. It's called the Time cutter, so I hope that's true! It should come in a couple days.
Nana, Reagan and I headed out to do a little shopping. Nana wanted a mister for her hummingbirds and I wanted to pick up a griddle. Reagan is loving pancakes, so I figured a griddle would help make them. I'm awful at a skillet. I can't get the temp right.
As we were driving around I happened to look over and see an old Chevy Blazer with a padlock for a lock. It was hysterical and very inventive.
This evening, we played on the driveway with Reagan's new chalk rake. She loved it. She was just running all around dragging it behind her. Too funny!
Tonight, since I had the new griddle, I decided to make breakfast for dinner. I made Reagan an "R" pancake. She was pretty impressed. We had scrambled eggs and fruit on the side. It was scrumptious. I'm so thrilled with my new griddle.
Checking out the mister.

Egg Coloring - 93/365

Today we were going to be around the house. It was going to be great!
The three of us haven't been able to be home for a whole day for awhile!
We just vegged out and watched TV this morning. Brinkley kept going and putting his face right on Jim. It was too funny!
We did manage to make it out for a walk and I did run to the grocery store for a few things.
Other than that, we were just here.
This evening, we did our egg coloring. Reagan is so into it. It's so fun to watch her get excited over stuff. We had a good time! She loved the little wax crayon that you could write with. I think the glitter was her favorite part though!

Coloring Eggs - 88/365

We had a fun filled day today!
Jim was off work for Good Friday so we got to spend the day together! It was nice after he was gone for pancakes the last couple weekends!
Jim and I started the day with a hike around Lake Cohasset. Jim's mom was nice enough to come over and play with Reagan for the afternoon, so we could explore the more difficult trails. A Facebook friend who frequents Mill Creek Park has been seeing a Bald Eagle around Lake Cohasset and Lake Newport, so we figured we would give Lake Cohasset a try today, to see if we could catch a glimpse. No such luck, but it was an absolute gorgeous day. I bet we wandered for a good hour and a half.
We got home and felt bad that we didn't take Brinkley, so we actually loaded up Brinkley and Reagan and hit the Kirk Road trail for about another 45 minutes. We were exhausted! We got home just in time for Reagan's nap. We all crashed in various places around the house for quiet time...LOL!
When she got up, it was egg coloring time! For some reason, we didn't get a chance to color eggs last year, so we were pretty excited. We got everything set up and she dove right in. Her favorite saying was "oooohhh look, it turned gween! It's beautiful!"
She had a ball! We only did twelve because we had no idea what we would do with more than that. I think she was bummed when we were done.
All in all, it was a wonderful family fun day!
The photo of the day is her tiny, dyed hand and her masterpieces....
Bonus picture for our photobook just because we don't take enough photos together....
Love this pic from our hike!
