Rainbow House - 146/365

Mark was here to paint today. He was power washing the sidewalk and porch. Painting the front door and sprucing up the stucco on the house. Everything was coming along and looking great.
We decided to go to a darker color on the stucco instead of the cream it was. We picked a color that we thought complimented the house. I liked the dark, but staring at the house, something just wasn't right. I just couldn't get a grip on the color of the house. I liked it, but yet I didn't. It was weird. Ultimately, we decided that it just wasn't right, so we are changing it again. Mark was fantastic about it, since he wasn't quite sure either. We are going to go more of a gray. Hope that works! LOL!
Meanwhile, Reagan spent the day with Nana. She was in her glory since they went to her favorite place, Menchies.
This evening, they did their Wednesday night at Tippy. It was finally nice enough that they could get out on a cart ride. She loves it.
This evening, we decided to put the old tractor out at the curb since it was garbage night. We new Allison Brothers wouldn't take it. But we have scavengers that drive through our neighborhood and will take just about anything. We put a sign on it that it was free to good home, but the mowing deck was bad. It wasn't a half hour we got a knock on the door. Someone wanted it for their buddy and he came to get it within the hour. It was great! BYE tractor. Hope it does OK for that guy. He didn't seem worried about it.

Painting - 77/365

Today, Reagan went to spend the day with Grandma. Papa Greg was home, so she got to see him, too! Her and Papa Greg like playing make believe together. She just has a blast over there.
This evening, we decided to do a little painting. She had gotten some color wonder paints that we hadn't tried yet, so she was pumped. She had to paint for over an hour. She had a blast. She's been getting back into her crafting lately. It's so cute to see.

Brinkley Paint, Urgent Care - 326/365

We were taking Brinkley to his very first painting class today!
Wonderstruck was having a doggie paint day. You could bring in your dog to paint on pottery, plates, whatever you'd like. We chose a little treat jar to sit on our counter!
Thankfully, there were only two other dogs there at the time, so it wasn't too crazy. We got him to do two perfect paw prints! It worked out great! We wrote his name on it, and decorated it a little bit. It really turned out nice! It was fun!
Reagan wasn't feeling the best, but she still wanted to go. She was complaining of an ear ache as we were leaving. By the time we were finished, she was sobbing that her ear hurt. I felt so bad that her ear hurt, and that she didn't get to enjoy the paint as much as she would have. She just loves Brinkley and getting him to do anything makes her day.
From there, we took her home and got her settled in some pjs for a nap. She ended up sleeping for two and a half hours. We hoped it would do her good. She woke up OK, but it wasn't long before she starting crying again and started to run a fever. By eight, she was so upset that she made herself throw up, so we whisked her away to urgent care.
They saw her pretty quickly and diagnosed her with a sever ear ache. They ended up giving her an antibiotic shot in her bum, to help it work more quickly.
She did finally calm down a bit and they gave her a Popsicle to have, since we had to wait 20 minutes to make sure she didn't have a reaction to the shot. That perked her up quite a bit. Jim ran across the street to Walgreen's to grab a few things while we waited. He ended up bringing her a stuffed My Little Pony doll. She was so excited!
Hopefully after her shot and a good nights sleep, she'll feel better in the morning. We sure hate when she's sick. She was so pitiful.

Painting Boxes & the Box Top Bot - 281/365

Today, Reagan had school and Jim went off to work.
Today after school, we turned in some of our Box Tops that we have been collecting. Meshelle made an awesome Box Top Bot to have the kids feed their box tops to. Reagan has been begging to feed him, so we finally rounded up our box tops to give him. She loved it!
This afternoon, we spent some time painting some boxes for the Thanksgiving Food Drive at the school. We're going to turn them into turkeys for the kids to put their donated food items in. Reagan loved painting the boxes. We had seven to do, so it was nice to have her help!

Oh Wow, Painting & a Movie - 276/365

Today was a busy day!
Jim and Reagan got up and headed down to OH Wow for a little bit. Reagan loves playing on the water table and shooting the scarves through the tubes. It wasn't too crowded, so they had the whole place to themselves. They loved it.
When they got home, Jim got ready to go see Guardians of the Galaxy with his mom.  It was a bout a human, a walking tree, a genetically engineered racoon, a green alien and a red alien. Together they all saved the galaxy! They both liked the movie!
While they were off doing that, Reagan and I went up to Wonderstruck to a little Halloween party! They read a little Halloween story, got a treat bag and paint a pumpkin.
Reagan loved painting the pumpkin and did a really great job, too! Her favorite part was painting the inside black. LOL!
She wasn't thrilled that we had to leave him there for a week while he baked to make him shiny. She was pretty bummed, but can't wait to see him all finished!
This evening we were having dinner and Reagan kept stacking her carrots up and eating them. I asked her what she was doing and she said "making carrot snowmen!" LOL! She's such a hoot!
We all had a great day!

Painting Class - 275/365

This evening we were having a girls night at The Party Gallery.
Rachel, Jessica, Candace, and Toni were going to take part in a sip and paint class. The picture was really cute, so we were excited!
Rachel and I decided to go to Inner Circle to have dinner before we went over. We got to Inner Circle about 5 and at 5:50 we still had no pizza. We had to be across the street at 6 for painting. We ordered right away, too! We told the girl, at this point, just put our pizza in a box and we'll take it with us.
We ended up just eating it at The Party Gallery. LOL!
Painting class was super fun and all our paintings came out great! It was fun to see how similar, but yet how different they all were.
It was a fun night out.
While we were off doing that, Jim, Reagan and Brinkley took advantage of the decent weather and played outside. They just ran and ran around the back yard!

Ant Class - 72/365

Today, Reagan attended a little indoor class at Fellows Riverside Gardens.
The topic was ants and she loved it. It was very similar to her Tales for Tots class. They read stories, did a project and even had a snack! It was so cute!
They made the cutest little ants out of a cut up egg carton. They got to paint it and choose whatever color they wanted. Reagan, of course, picked blue, "because blue is my favorite color" as she always says. She was painting and flung the brush backwards and it hit her forehead. We were laughing because she had a huge blue mark!
The snack was super adorable, too! It was called ants on a log. It was just celery with cream cheese topped with a few raisins. YUM! It was a cute little class and we hope they do it again.
This evening, Ron and Rachel were coming over to visit for a little bit. Rachel and the kids actually came over a little bit early, to take a few St. Patrick's Day pictures. They went great! Ron was nice enough to pick up pizza. We had a nice little visit and plotted our next Disney Cruise adventure! FUN! The kids had a good time playing, too!

Sick Day - 49/365

Today our little sweetie woke up with a very mild fever and was pretty stuffed up.
I felt so bad for her, she looked terrible. Usually she's all bubbly and happy in the morning. Today, she woke up in tears.
We made it downstairs and she asked to lay on the couch with a blanket. She snuggled up with Brinkley and they just chilled. We all snuggled for awhile and watched some of her favorite shows.
After awhile, she had some "cheerios with milk" (she won't call it cereal). Eventually, she was up for playing a little bit. She played with her dollhouse and loopsies, while I started on some thank you notes from the party. The next thing I knew, she climbed up next to me at the table and wanted to paint. It was so cute, we both just sat their talking and working on our projects. We had a nice afternoon. When nap time came around, she gave no trouble at all. She was pooped.
 Hopefully, she'll feel better tomorrow!
The photo of the day is Reagan and Brinkley resting.
Next, us working on our projects.
