Man, what a busy day!
Jim went off to work to get some last minute stuff done.
Jim's mom came over to hang out with Reagan, while I ran a ton of errands. They had a great time playing and her help today was MUCH appreciated! I am always behind in everything, but NEVER this behind! It was so nice to have Reagan taken care of, so I could "pound the pavement!"
My mom, Jennifer and I started our day at Casal's for a spa mani/pedi. It's like a regular one, but they do a few extra steps. It was wonderful! We had a great time!
They have three pedicure stations right in a row, so we got to sit all together and chat about our trip. We picked similar colors, but they were three different shades. Jennifer went for the awesome bright color, my mom did a medium shade and I went for the darkest. It was so relaxing and a great way to kick off our trip.
After that, we all went our separate ways for errands. I had to stop at YM Camera to pick up my pictures to submit to the Canfield Fair. Jim's mom is going to drop them off for me, since I won't be around. Yay!
After that, I headed to Khol's to buy a new pair of jeans and some tops for the trip. Nothing like shopping four hours before your supposed to be packed up for a trip. Ay, yi, yi!
Jim got home, and we got our house-sitter all trained! This is the first time we're using a sitter, so hopefully, there will be no tripped alarms or lost dogs. We're just grateful to have someone stay at our house. It makes you feel better knowing someone is there taking care of everything.
We made it out the door about a half hour late, but we did good. We stayed at the Cleveland Airport Marriott tonight, for our super early flight in the morning. Can't wait to head off to Seattle!
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was just OK. We had a nice time though!
The photo of the day is Jennifer, my mom and I at our mani/pedi!
