We started our day with Gymnastics class.
Reagan is really enjoying it! She is getting so good at forward and backward rolls, along with kicking up into a handstand.
Today, they got to walk across the uneven bars. She was a little apprehensive, but didn't give up. I was so proud of her! She did great!
After gymnastics, we headed up to Fellows for their Friday Family Garden Day. We love that little program. Deanna and Violet were going to be there, too. Reagan and Violet met in music class and play really good together.
We got there, and were the only two families there! It was a gloomy day, but the rain had stopped. I don't know why no one else came out. It worked out because we could take our time doing our craft, and exploring the garden.
The girls picked green beans, strawberries, cabbage and tomatoes. They were chowing down, what a healthy lunch! LOL! Nana even picked some beets! YUCK!
They loved digging in the dirt and especially loved the watering cans. We had a nice visit with them. The bees even stayed away today!
When we finished up at the garden, we went over to Friday's for lunch. We had salads and even bumped into Oscar. She sat in the booth right behind us and Reagan enjoyed peeking over and talking to her.
This evening, I was writing out a greeting card to mail, when I was digging in my pile of stuff on the counter, looking for stamps. I came across my Canfield Fair entry books. The entries HAVE to be postmarked by August 10th to be accepted. YIKES, I almost missed it! I decided to do two photographs and two crafts this year. We've been so busy, I haven't gotten a lot of paper crafts done this year. Oh well!
After we hit the post office to mail my stuff, we went to the experimental farm walking path and got in 4 miles! I was happy, since the rain put a damper on our walk this morning.
It was a pretty nice day!
The photo of the day is Reagan and Violet showing off the green beans they picked!
Next is Reagan walking on the uneven bars...
And finally, my last minute fair entries...
