It was game day today!
Jim's mom popped over to pick up Reagan for the day and we hit the road.
We did our usual stop at Sheetz for gas and my toasted marshmallow latte. YUM!
There was a chance of showers all day, but we hoped the weather reports would be wrong. It was pretty cloudy all the way up, but it never rained.
We got there right at 11 and got our indoor tailgate all set up. We were excited because, Matt, Nikki, Andrew and his friend Mason, were joining us today.
The boys were so excited to be at the game! While excited, they were perfectly behaved! The adults sat and chatted for two hours before the game and they never made a peep. They just sat like little gentlemen and talked amongst themselves. They are such great kids.
Andrew even made Nana and I, loom band bracelets in orange and brown! We were so thrilled. We had never heard of them before, Andrew and Ally started making them. They were so cool!
The game itself was awful. This was our first game back with Weeden as the starter. Everyone knew that it would be a rough game. The teams both came in to the game at 3-2.
The Browns did OK, during the first half and were even winning a halftime. After the half, apparently the Lions made adjustments and Weeden made mistakes. The Lions finished strong, outscoring the Browns 24-0 in the second half. The final score was 31-17.YUCK!
As with the score of the game, our day finished out yucky with darkness and pouring down rain on the way home.
Reagan's had a fun day. She spend the day playing with Grandma, Papa Greg and Timmy. They got to spend a little bit of time outside, checking out their Halloween decorations, too!
The photo of the day is a collage of the boys and girls at the game. For some reason, we didn't take one group shot. LOL!
Next, is Reagan enjoying Grandma and Papa Greg's Halloween decorations.
