Walk, Flood and a Boat - 213/365

Today we were just going be around the house.
It was actually supposed to get pretty rainy in the afternoon, so we wanted to go and try to get a walk early afternoon. We went up and did the Kirk to Herbert trail. It was pretty hot, but we got it done. Soon enough, it started to POUR down rain. One of the hardest rains I had ever seen. Jim actually, had taken our car up to get it washed, since we were going to Akron tomorrow. Even though it was supposed to rain today, it was so dirty that it still needed a trip through the car wash.
When Jim was on his way home, he said that the main road by the house was flooded out. It was crazy! In all the years we've lived here, it has NEVER done that. It was something to see. When the rain stopped, it retreated quickly which was good.
This evening, Nana and Papa offered to take Reagan over night. With the weather rolling in, it was rumored that the golfers would be going off both nines tomorrow, which would start the tournament super early. Sergio was actually doing really well in the tournament, so we wanted to make sure we saw him. Especially if he won it all! Anyway, Nana and Papa said, instead of waking Reagan up early to go over their house, she could just stay tonight. That was fine with us! She loves her PJ parties! They had a good time. They watched Frozen and Reagan made papa push her in a plastic bin and play "boat!" They love their special time with her!
