In the Inlet - 129/365

It was nearly 80 today! Just beautiful!
Jim, Reagan and I hit the pools right at 9:00am! We were the only ones in the Lazy River, it was so nice! We spent around 2 hours down there, then, went back up to get some "brunch."
Jim and my dad got ready to go play golf. They were going over to Barefoot Landing to play the Fazio course. They had a great time and played well. They were paired with two guys from Australia. They said they were super nice, but asked a ton of intrusive questions, like "How much do you make?" LOL! I guess they live here 4 months out of the year and the rest in Australia. Interesting fellas.
While they golfed, Nana and I took Reagan down to the inlet to look around for a little bit.
Then, Pam, Ed, Nana, Reagan and I went back down to Myrtle Manor to see if we could see anyone different. We were really hoping to see Amanda or Chelsey, but no such luck. We did see Jessica, though! She was getting her hair done by Roy in Tangulls. She looks so pretty without all that fire engine red hair.
We got back, and I put Reagan down for a nap. I asked Pam if she would watch the monitor while my mom and I took another trip to the inlet to take some pictures. We just love playing in that inlet, you never know what you may find. We found a couple big crabs that had since passed on. :( There was also a flat, white, fish that would lay down sideways on the sand. It was bizarre!
On the way back to the resort, we did see this drone, space ship looking thing flying around. My mom and dad had seen it on their morning walk, too. The operators are staying at our resort. They fly it right over the dunes. It was zipping right by our heads and it was HUGE! They are very serious about it. They don't really talk and have these huge monitors they look at, while the other guy is flying it. It's quite the set up! I've never seen anything like it!
After we watched that for awhile, it was time to get ready for dinner at Ruth's Chris! All us girls wore our gowns to dinner. We always have a fabulous dinner and really enjoy seeing all the boats in the marina. For the past three years, Reagan has joined us, and she always wears a sailor themed outfit. This year was no different. She looked adorable! She was a perfect angel during our 2 hour dinner. We are so lucky!
We got back to the "beach house", as Reagan calls it, and her and Aunt Pam played dress up. Reagan got to wear all of Aunt Pam's jewels she brought and her shoes. She had a blast! Another super fun day at the beach!
The photo of the day is the drone flying over the dune.
Also one pic of our little family at dinner....
