We had double events today!
First, we were hitting up our buddy Karen's 50th birthday party! It was at V2 downtown and it was a surprise. Boy was she surprised! Shocked was more like it. It was cute!
We got to visit with her a bit. They had some yummy appetizer stuff and scrumptious cupcakes!
We had a really nice time!
This afternoon, we were heading over to Jim's parents for Greg's annual BBQ. It was a hot one this year. Up in the upper 80's and lower 90's. That couldn't stop our fun though.
He always does a nice job with it. It's so nice to visit with everyone, too.
He does steaks and chicken on the grill with the help of Frank and Sean. Everything is always so yummy. Then everyone else will bring a side. It works out great.
They got a bounce house for the kids, and Sean and Barb said that they could go swimming in their pool. The kids had a blast running all over the place. They sure got tired out.
The girls at one point were in the bathroom, all three were looking in the mirror checking out the lip gloss they put on from Ally's purse! It was the CUTEST thing. Love them!
It was a great day spent with friends and family.
