Today we didn't do much in the morning. We just hung around the house, which after the last two days, was a welcome thing. I did have to spend a little time packing four our trip to Piqua tomorrow, but that wasn't going to be very much work.
This evening we were going to the annual Circle of Friends Golf Outing Mixer at the Lake Club. It's always such a nice event. They always have wonderful food and company.
The dinner this year was pretty cool. It was called Thanksgiving in a bowl. It was all Thanksgiving food on the buffet, but you have a bowl to put it all in. It was delicious!
Greg was excited to have Jim Tressel in attendance this year. He called him on stage to say a few words and then asked him to sign his bobblehead. He was more than happy to do so.
After dinner they held their putting contest. Reagan always like to participate in that, too! Her, Jim and Papa Keith and Papa Greg always do a good job.
It's such a great event.
We were so happy to have the whole Musilli crew there this year, too. Ronnie & Papa Ron have teams in the tournament. We had a nice time!
After the dinner, Reagan, Nana and I were off to Columbus. We were gonna stay down there to meet Ed, Pam, Emma & Noah at the Columbus Zoo tomorrow. Reagan was so exctied to see Emma and Noah again. We had an uneventful ride to Columbus and jammed to Taylor Swift the whole way.
When we got to the hotel, we got some snacks at the little store and had a little picnic in the room. Reagan was loving drinking her juice out of a wine glass. She kept saying she was a "big girl!"
Nana settled into her "Nana Nest" and Reagan and I settled into our rooms.
It was a great day!
