Happy Birthday, Brinkley!
It seems just like yesterday, we were researching breeders and found Sungold in Medina. Anyone who was chosen for a pup, got to go up every week after the pups were born to visit until they were ready to come home. I went every week and fell more and more in love with him.
We picked him up in May, the day after getting home from Myrtle Beach. He has been such a wonderful dog and pretty much trained himself. He never chewed and potty trained SO easy! He truly is a part of our family and we don't know what we would do without him! Reagan is just head over heals for him, and he is so wonderful with her.
For the last couple days, we had been talking about his upcoming birthday with Reagan. Even before she came along, we have always celebrated it. She seemed so excited to give him presents. She picked out his big stuffed duck all by herself, she was so proud!
We also usually get him "Frosty Paws", which is dog ice cream that they sell at Giant Eagle...LOL! All in all, I think he had a great day! Daddy took him for a walk, too!
A special THANKS to Nana and Papa for the cool glow in the dark ball and treats...he LOVES them!
