Oktoberfestival Day - 270/365

Today was a busy day for Jim!
He headed out at 6am to run the Boardman Rotary Oktoberfestival!
This is Rotary's biggest fundraiser and the day couldn't have been more perfect! It was a gorgeous, sunny day. It was packed, too!
This was the first time in a couple years that the Browns didn't have a home game, so Reagan and I were able to head out to visit and support Jim, and do a little shopping, too! Nana, Pam and Jenny all came along, as well! Family fun!
We found Jim in his post and got to say hello. He was checking people into the beer tasting pavilion today. Reagan was so excited to see daddy working! She ran right up to him!
Us girls then went strolling around to do a little shopping. We found a lot of wonderful treasures! We even ran into a vendor that had a pet skunk! She had it wrapped in a blanket and was petting it while people were checking out her stuff. It was so funny! Reagan was fascinated!
After some shopping, we decided to stop at the concession area to get a little snack. I texted Jim and he was able to come over and visit with us for a little bit. YAY!
Finally, we headed out, because I was taking some senior pictures for a family friend at Mill Creek Park. They went great and I can't wait to see how they turn out once edited!
Jim finished his day at the Oktoberfest, on parking duty. He had a yellow vest and all! He looked great! He said that overall the Oktoberfest was great and he thinks this was one of the better years! Good for them!
This evening, Jim was taking Brinkley for a walk and told me there was an absolutely GORGEOUS sunset! I was so happy I got a chance to snap a great pic! It was one of the prettiest I've seen around here!
