School Bells and an Exterminator - 253/365

13 years. It's been 13 years since the terrible day of September 11, 2001. A day that seems like yesterday. A day that we will never forget.
God Bless America.
Reagan went off to school today and in honor of September 11th, she came home with a patriotic themed project. They glued stars and streamers on a paper. It was so adorable.
It's amazing to think, to these kids, September 11th will be something that they read and learn about in school. Not something they experienced or watched unfold on that terrible day. It's hard to believe.
While Reagan was at school, I did some work on the computer. Brinkley must have wanted some attention because he just kept putting his paw up on my arm. It was hilarious.
This afternoon, we had to have an exterminator come and take care of a yellow jacket nest. They were nesting in the ground behind our bushes. Every time we went in the front, they were zooming past us. The exterminator looked pretty funny out there. Almost like an alien!
The first picture is Reagan and her September 11th project.
 Next, Brinkley pawing me.
Finally, the exterminator taking care of the bees.
